Studio Rules of Conduct

Respect and Studio Etiquette

  • Foster a positive, supportive, and respectful environment for fellow dancers and the instructor.

  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Keep conversations to a minimum during class to maintain focus and engagement.

  • Phones must be on silent or turned off during class unless needed for an emergency.

Attendance and Punctuality

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in. Class will begin promptly at the scheduled time.

  • If you’re unable to attend, please follow the rescheduling policy outlined below.

Studio Policies

  • No street shoes allowed in the studio—please leave them in the designated changing room area.

  • Only water is permitted in the studio—no food or other beverages allowed.

Safety

  •  Follow instructor guidance to ensure safe movement.

  • Be mindful of personal space and aware of those dancing around you.

  • Notify the instructor before class if you have any injuries or physical limitations.

  • Stay hydrated and take breaks as needed.

Recording and Photography

  • Recording class or taking photos is not permitted unless the instructor provides explicit approval.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, you may do so directly through the scheduling page at least 12 hours before class.

  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will forfeit the class fee.

  • Classes are non-transferable—your reservation applies only to you and cannot be transferred to another person.

  • Bundles are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase and are nonrefundable. Bundles may not be transferred to other students.

  • The free trial class is available to first-time students only. Students must complete the New Student Registration Form before attending. After submitting the form, instructions will be provided on how to schedule the free class online. Free trial classes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and may not be transferred to others. Only one free trial class may be redeemed per person.
