Introduction to Ballet: A 4-Week Series for Beginners
Tone your muscles, gain flexibility, and learn the basics of ballet technique! A supportive 4-week workshop for beginners.
No dance experience necessary! You will learn foundational ballet moves along with proper alignment. This is a supportive, small group class. This series is the perfect place to start dance and connect with your body in a different way.
Open to adults and teens ages 14 and up.
Wednesdays, August 5, 12, 19, and 26 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
